Join the Lead Coalition: Tackling Lead Poisoning in Indiana

The Indiana Lead Coalition, hosted by Hoosier Environmental Council, consists of over 60 key stakeholders dedicated to ending childhood lead poisoning. The group meets monthly to discuss lead and healthy housing related policies, as well as share strategies and activities going on throughout the state. The Indiana Lead Coalition is action oriented and has advocated for policies, both at the state and federal level, to improve the lives of families at risk of lead poisoning. Members of the group hail from various institutions, including but not limited to academia, local government, not-for-profits, philanthropy, and advocacy.

Member benefits include:
● Coordination and sharing of lead poisoning prevention activities throughout the state of Indiana
● Access to resources and presentations through monthly meetings, guest speakers, and the email listserv
● Up to date information and discussions regarding lead policy at the state and federal level.
