1. Includes information IDEM=s timeline published on January 5. DNR has not published a timeline. Tom Neltner provided IDEM with a draft version of this timeline before IDEM published its timeline. He did not receive specific corrections or clarifications on his timeline.

2. Indianapolis Water Company (IWC) timeline drawn from newspaper reports, IDEM=s timeline and discussions with environmental groups. Tom Neltner asked IWC on January 5 to review and confirm their activity on this timeline. After initial discussions, IWC=s Dale Pershing called Tom Neltner back later and referred Tom Neltner to IDEM. IWC decided not to provide any information stating that it had provided all relevant information to IDEM. He would not provide any clarification or additional information.
