In 2007, IKE and IUPUI partnered with several other sponsors to host the first-ever Indiana Environmental Health Summit, which focused on children's environmental health issues. 

More than 150 people from academia, government, advocacy groups, and others attended to hear about and discuss three issues of particular concern to children's environmental health.
