IKE and six other environmental groups developed a system to evaluate Long-Term Control Plans. We will begin evaluating LTCPs as they are submitted. Because the guidance described above is behind schedule, IDEM is delaying the deadlines for CSO communities to submit LTCPs. It may be another year until plans are available in most communities.
