Sewer Connection Ban Guidance
In May and again in June 2000, Commissioner Lori Kaplan promised that draft guidance interpreting sewer connection bans and early warning notices would be issued by the end of June. At the Sewage in Our Streams conference, Matt Rueff reported that the guidance would be issued in conjunction with the CSO LTCP guidance in early March 2001.
