Sanitary Sewer Overflows

Improving Kids' Environment's Tom Neltner compiled all of the sanitary sewer overflow data from the Indiana Department of Environmental Management from 1997 through 2004. Included in the table he produced are the number of events reported in each county and the number of events for which the number of gallons spilled was not reported. He listed these as 'Events with No Gallons'.
