2004 Indiana Lead-Safe and Healthy Homes Conference

Conference Fees
Exhibitors:
8’x 10’ Booth: $250 before Oct. 9. $300 after Oct. 9.
6’ Tabletop: $150 before Oct. 9. $200 after Oct. 9.
Exhibitor includes conference registration for one person. Additional registrations are $95 per person. Locations will be assigned on first-come, first served basis.
Participants:
First person from organization: $125 before Oct. 9. After Oct. 9 the fee is $150.
Additional people from organization: $95 before Oct. 9. After Oct. 9 the fee is $125.
Registration fee excludes hotel rooms. Call 800-736-5634 or 317-872-4111 before Oct. 9 to reserve a room for $79. Same rate for everyone - if you register before Oct. 9.
We accept checks or credit cards. It is best if payment is received before October 9. If we have to submit invoices after the conference, there is an additional $15 billing fee for each invoice sent.
