#1 A New View of Homes - Q & A with Dennis Livingston – Tues. 10:30 to 11:30 am Dennis Livingston is an advocate for healthy homes in Baltimore for Community Solutions. He is a charismatic speaker with a new holistic way of looking at a home that can lead to sustainable solutions. #3 How to Required Cleanup with Existing Rules – Tues. 2:40 to 3:40 pm Thanks to the Alliance for Healthy Homes, IKE's Tom Neltner has worked with other lawyers across the country to identify methods to use the existing laws and regulations to require clean-up. He will focus on the following tools:

#5 CDC's New Approach - Q & A with Dr. Mary Jean Brown – Wed. 9:15 to 10:30 Dr. Mary Jean Brown joined the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention after several years at Harvard University. As a public health nurse, she has real life experiences that - coupled with a researchers analytical skills - have brought new energy and direction to CDC's efforts to eliminate lead poisoning by 2010. After giving her plenary session speech, Dr. Brown will be on hand to respond to questions.

#6 Advocacy for Healthy Homes - Q & A with Don Ryan – Wed. 10:45 to 11:45 am Don Ryan has been the leading advocate for lead poisoning prevention for more than 15 years. Now, he has expanded his focus to deal more holistically with the problem of unhealthy homes. As the executive director of the Alliance for Healthy Homes, formerly known as the Alliance to End Childhood Lead Poisoning, Don has the vision and the voice to make a difference.
Before his lunchtime plenary session speech, Mr. Ryan will respond to questions and concerns at this session.
